1- Shipping Information

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the U.S.
Delivery Time: In-stock items typically arrive within 4–7 business days.
Made-to-Order Rugs: Production times vary based on size:
- Smaller than 6′ x 9′: Up to 10 weeks
- Between 6′ x 9′ and 9′ x 12′: 10–12 weeks
- Larger than 9′ x 12′: 12–16 weeks

Fast Delivery: We offer expedited shipping to the EU with delivery in approximately 4–7 business days.
Taxes: VAT and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping Option: We also offer a free shipping option via ground transportation. Delivery through this method takes approximately 1 month and 10 days from dispatch.
Expedited Option: If you prefer faster delivery, you can select express shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

Global Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide.
Taxes & Duties: For certain destinations, applicable duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the destination country, you may have the option to choose between DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). If DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon delivery. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release your order until these fees are paid.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery timelines and options will be provided at checkout.

All Sales Final: Due to the handmade and customized nature of our rugs, all sales are final.
Custom Orders: Made-to-order rugs are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Quality Check: Every rug undergoes a meticulous quality inspection before being shipped.

Tracking Information: Once your rug ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
